Exchange and return policy


In the event that you are not satisfied with the product, within (7) days of receiving the product, you can return or exchange it, along with paying the product shipping fees, on the condition that *you guarantee to us that the product is intact, in its original condition, with all its accessories, in its original packaging, and not used or opened at all*

Exceptions:
– If you receive an incorrect/wrong product, additional shipping fees will not be charged and will be covered by the store.

– We bear human error in placing a wrong image of another product, another name, or other errors. The product is returned from the customer and exchanged if he wishes, without him bearing additional shipping fees, provided that it is not used and the product is opened by the customer and is returned in its original condition.

– In the event of a return for other reasons (the customer needs to exchange the product, the customer’s desire has changed in general, or he has not received the product), shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

– Refunding or replacing shipments, if they are not among the exceptions, is done through the branch in Riyadh or through the shipping company’s return conditions (refund through one of the branches), provided that the aforementioned period has not passed.

– In the event of an exchange, shipping fees will be charged from the store to the customer in addition to the previous shipping fees.

– Shipping fees and cash upon delivery service fees are not refundable in the event of returning or exchanging the product.
-When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and instruction booklet attached and in its original packaging.

-When a product is returned after exceeding the grace period, the product is examined and it turns out that it is under warranty and the defect is revealed. The customer is compensated with a new product and the customer bears the shipping cost.
A bill of lading is sent to the customer, and the customer is expected to deliver the product to the shipping company within 7 days from the date the bill of lading is sent to him. The delivery method for shipping companies is agreed with the customer with the customer service team according to the policy of each city and where the product was purchased from. The policy is canceled if the customer does not deliver the product to the shipping company during this period.

Products purchased through installment programs cannot be returned and can only be exchanged for the same or higher value with payment of the difference and in accordance with the conditions mentioned above.

– Comprehensive warranty products for electrical products or for which a warranty is advertised on the product page (the warranty does not include misuse)

– Products that have been opened will not be replaced or returned if they are not proven to have a manufacturing defect, noting that products that are not subject to exchange or return are all that violate or deviate from the terms of the warranty, such as:
(Misuse – cutting – breakage – opened product in an abnormal condition – failure to follow operating instructions – exposure of the product to water if it is not waterproof – performing any external maintenance – complete or partial failure of the device from working if incompatible accessories are used With the characteristics of the device.
